Until a recent review of this Magic City Beard Co., I didn’t know of its existence. That being said, I purchased their combo pack of Dan C. Bearded collaboration series Flint.
To say the least, at this point, the ingredients of the oil left my beard in a state its NEVER been in before. SUPER soft! Maybe its the ostrich oil (first I’ve ever tried). Who knows but it’s AMAZING!
For the Balm, its consistency was great. It emulsified almost immediately and was not tacky as many of them I have tried are. I did not need to even hair dry and comb the shape. Just molded with my hands and viola! WOW!!!!!
In regards to the Butter, I have not tried it yet but am excited to based on the results I’ve seen from this oil and balm.
Now, for the scent…….I always have my wife smell them for her opinion and when she smelled this scent, she said, “Yummmmmy! This smells so fresh!” I proceeded to smell myself and can not say out of the maybe 40+ scents I have, have ever smelled anything close to this. This scent profile is now one of my favorite scents. I hope they keep it next to their lineup.
FEEDBACK: While this company has DEFINITELY hit my return to purchase radar, I was a little set back that they don’t offer a beard wash, a co-wash/conditioner nor mustache wax. If they did, I would have definitely purchased them in addition to this bundle pack.
In conclusion, EXCELLENT PRODUCTS! A special shout out to Dan C. Bearded for introducing me to this absolutely amazing company.
